How long does it take for my order to ship/arrive?

Depending on your location – standard USPS shipping usually takes up to 2-5 business days after your order has been processed. Typically, orders are packaged and shipped within 1-3 day if it’s currently in stock. Please keep in mind this is a one-man shop.

What does the package look like?

Each mailer is individually stamped & packaged right here in the shop.


Do you ship custom orders?

Yes. It depends on your location, the weight & size dimensions of the box (or boxes). Specific time and costs will be determined after an order has been placed. Or you can just stop on by and pick it up.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International delivery times vary by country. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular duties and fees which Little Mountain Print Shoppe is not responsible for.


What type of shirts does Little Mountain print on?

All Little Mountain Print Shoppe shirts uses the Canvas & Bella brand. Choosing a brand style is very important to us, not only does it reflect our brand but they must fit and feel great. Canvas & Bella provide top notch, premium styles like the 3001 (100% Ring Spun Cotton) and 3413 (Tri-Blend) that are slightly form fitting, durable and super soft. If it’s something we personally wouldn’t wear, we wouldn’t offer to you.

What is the best way to care for my shirts?

Turn them inside out. Machine wash cold or hand wash. Hang dry or dry on very low heat. Below are the t-shirt specs:

Do you print your own shirts?

Yes. Every shirt decoration, including the inside tag, hang tags and poly mailers are all hand printed right here in the shop.

How many colors can we print at once?

We’re able to print up to four ink colors per location.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Or make regular account payments, all through PayPal.

How secure is your store?

Little Mountain Print Shoppe uses PayPal for payments and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available.

Do I need a paypal account to purchase?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store, but if you have one, you can use it if you’d like!


I ordered the wrong size! Can I exchange my order?

Of course. Make sure to refer to the size chart located in SHIRTS section, prior to ordering. If you have questions, please feel free to shoot us an email.

Before you exchange any items, contact us directly to make sure any questions get answered. Every order is individually packaged and inspected before it gets shipped to ensure quality and safe transportation. All exchanges will be allowed within 10 days of delivery. Return items to the same address from the invoice was provided in your order. A restocking fee will vary upon the amount of items exchanged. Also, please exercise general common sense on this one, if you have washed it, worn it, or otherwise tarnished it, we might not be able to take it back.
